Plugin features are accessible via X-Plane's Plugins > FSCharter menu

The FSCharter plugin menu is available from X-Plane's "Plugins" menu:

Some commands can be assigned to keyboard shortcuts or joystick buttons. Keyboard shortcuts will show up in the menu like "Option+s" in the above screenshot.

Dots in front of menu items indicates that the particular window is currently open.

Menu Items

Menu Item	Description
Select Aircraft	Opens (and closes) the Select Aircraft window, which lists all aircraft, to which you have access on FSCharter. Here, you select the aircraft you want to fly with on FSCharter.
Status Window	Opens (and closes) the Status window, in which you select jobs / passenger groups for boarding and which provides you with flight information en route.
Disembark	Triggers disembarking passengers after landing. Requires the setting "Allow boarding/disembark with engines on".
Teleport	Part of flight continuation: Teleports your X-Plane aircraft to the resume point, available only when you are headed in the right direction with correct speed.
Start over	Used to reset the plugin's status if you don't want work with the selection you did or you even want to abandon the current flight without recording it on FSCharter. The Status window opens, in which you have to [Confirm: Start Over]. This resets the status and you will be presented with the Select Aircraft window to begin anew by selecting the aircraft to fly.
Retry Network	Retries sending waiting network requests. The plugin queues network requests to FSCharter in case of technical network problems and retries automatically after some (increasing) time. With this menu item you trigger resending immediately, e.g. after you fixed the internet connection.
Settings	Opens (and closes) the Settings window, in which you provide login credentials and configure logging details.
Help	Opens a browser on this help.
Download Updated Plugin	Only available if a new plugin version has been found. It opens your browser to directly download the FSCharter.zip archive. Also see notes on updating the plugin.

Assigning Commands

For some commands, keyboard shortcuts or joystick buttons can be assigned using X-Plane's standard functionality.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Go to X-Plane's Settings > Keyboard, select "Plugin Provided", and find the following commands:

Assign keyboard shortcuts by clicking into the edit field and hitting the desired key combination. See here for X-Plane's desktop manual on configuring keyboard shortcuts.

Joystick Buttons

1. Go to X-Plane's Settings > Joystick,

2. Select the joystick button you want to assign a command to,

3. Click [Edit]

4. Select the desired FSCharter command from the "FSCharter" subtree,

5. Click [Apply]
