The FSCharter plugin menu is available from X-Plane's "Plugins" menu:
Some commands can be assigned to or . Keyboard shortcuts will show up in the menu like "Option+s" in the above screenshot.
Dots in front of menu items indicates that the particular window is currently open.

Disembark
Triggers disembarking passengers after landing.
Teleport
Start over
Used to reset the plugin's status if you don't want work with the selection you did or you even want to abandon the current flight without recording it on FSCharter.
Retry Network
Retries sending waiting network requests.
The plugin queues network requests to FSCharter in case of technical network problems and retries automatically after some (increasing) time. With this menu item you trigger resending immediately, e.g. after you fixed the internet connection.

It opens your browser to directly download the FSCharter.zip
archive.
For some commands, keyboard shortcuts or joystick buttons can be assigned using X-Plane's standard functionality.
Go to X-Plane's Settings > Keyboard, select "Plugin Provided", and find the following commands:
Go to X-Plane's Settings > Joystick,
Select the joystick button you want to assign a command to,
Click [Edit]
Select the desired FSCharter command from the "FSCharter" subtree,
Click [Apply]
Opens (and closes) the , which lists all aircraft, to which you have access on FSCharter. Here, you select the aircraft you want to fly with on FSCharter.
Opens (and closes) the , in which you select jobs / passenger groups for boarding and which provides you with flight information en route.
Requires the "Allow boarding/disembark with engines on".
Part of : Teleports your X-Plane aircraft to the resume point, available only when you are headed in the right direction with correct speed.
The opens, in which you have to [Confirm: Start Over]. This resets the status and you will be presented with the Select Aircraft window to begin anew by selecting the aircraft to fly.
Opens (and closes) the , in which you provide login credentials and configure logging details.
Opens a browser on .
