FSCharter is a drop-in plugin, so just expand the installation archive FSCharter.zip
into your <X-Plane11>/Resources/plugins
folder. You should end up with the following file structure:
Start X-Plane and select any plane.
FSCharter's should open automatically. If not, you can open it from the by selecting "Plugins > FSCharter > Setttings".
In the "Log In" section enter the E-Mail address and password, with which you are registered at FSCharter. (You can paste from the clipboard using [Strg-V] resp. [Cmd-V] on Macs.)
In case you are taking part in the Early Access program, make sure to select Early Access in the "Environment" section on the right-hand side. Your login must match the environment!
For future auto-start you may want to tick the options
Save password in settings and
Open 'Select Aircraft Window' on startup.
Click [Login] and the plugin will log into the FSCharter platform.
On success, the opens and presents the list of aircraft you own on FSCharter.
At startup, the plugin checks the download server for a new plugin version. If it finds one then you are informed with a screen message like this:
To update the FSCharter plugin, exit X-Plane, expand the downloaded archive, and overwrite the content of <X-Plane11>/Resources/plugins/FSCharter
with the content of the archive.
Also, the item "Download Updated Plugin" becomes available, which directly downloads the new FSCharter.zip
archive.
